Meeting and Event Scheduling Information

The University Center offers 13 different rooms for hosting the events and meetings of the University community. In addition to flexible arrangements and attractive settings, the UC Operations Team can provide a full-range of audio-visual and multimedia services.

Requests to use University Center meeting/events rooms are handled by the Event Scheduling Office staff according to the Space Scheduling Guidelines. Meeting/Event rooms are available FREE OF CHARGE to registered student organizations and University departments for non-revenue producing events. Individual students and faculty/staff and appropriately sponsored non-University groups planning private events can use these rooms for a nominal fee. The room rental rate chart outlines the rental fees and associated charges.

To submit a space request via the web, please visit http://events.tamucc.edu. You can also fax paper requests to 361-825-5201. Should you have questions, please contact us via email at uc.scheduling@tamucc.edu. You can submit requests in person to the Scheduling Office, located in Suite 215 of the UC or simply drop your form off at the Information Desk on the first floor of the UC. To ensure accuracy, phone reservations will not be accepted.

All rooms have voice/data/video connectivity.
The University Center Operations staff will set up and operate all A/V-Multimedia equipment; Media Services will continue to supply equipment to all other facilities.
